How do the patches work?

Our patches are iron-on (heat-press) with a twill backing. You can also sew them on for extra durability. They work great on backpacks, jackets, denim, and luggage.

Are the stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our vinyl stickers are waterproof and UV-resistant. They're designed for luggage, laptops, water bottles, and anything that travels with you.

How long does shipping take?

Since our products are printed on demand, production takes 2-5 business days. Shipping varies by location: 5-10 days for Europe, 7-15 days worldwide.

Can I request a destination you don't have?

Absolutely! Email us at admin@alpi.ad with the city/country and we'll work on adding it.

What's the return policy?

Since items are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a quality issue, we'll replace or refund — no questions asked.
